Alicia studied industrial design at RISD. During her time at RISD, she had the amazing opportunity to work on creating an award-winning medical device, the Firefly. She also interned at Jack Spade in New York designing softgoods.
After college, she specialized in user experience design within consumer technology. She's worked at places like Google, Apple and Square.
She has mostly focused on productivity tools (examples include Google Hangouts, Keynote, and Square Cash).
